If you downloaded the Service through the Solana Mobile dApp Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Support: Solana Mobile has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.
  • Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solana Mobile will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service.
  • Liability: Solana Mobile is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service or your possession and/or use of the Service.

3. User Conduct ​

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries.
